Thank you for shopping at Noverroom. We want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and hygiene standards), we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original plastic-wrapped packaging.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item at our location (House Number 109, Okotatse Sanaa Lane, Accra), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
